The Beginners Course is for string players Pre Grade1-3 (please note, exams do not have to have been taken, but ideally you should have had at least 6 months of lessons before applying to join the course). Players on the beginners course will have the opportunity to focus on the basics and the joys of playing. You will learn to make music with the body and mind, work on physical freedom when playing, learn to discover the story your music tells and how we can express it collectively - as well as, of course, considering sound.
