ParentPay

Online Payments to Cannon Lane Primary School

We are delighted to inform you that we will be introducing a more convenient way to pay for school items online, using a secure service called ParentPay.

ParentPay will be live from Monday 28th October and from this date we will be adopting a phased approach to becoming
‘cash free’ starting with payments for school trips. Parents who need to continue making payments by cash may do so
using the PayPoint network at local convenience stores.

Making secure payments online using your credit or debit card

ParentPay offers you the freedom to make payments 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using the highest internet security
available. You will have a secure online account, activated with a unique username and password. If you have more than
one child at our school you can add them to your one account. If you have a child at another school who uses ParentPay,
you can add your Cannon Lane children to that account too.

Making payment is straightforward to do and ParentPay holds a payment history for you to view at a later date and no card details are stored in any part of the system.

Making payments using cash by PayPoint

Should you not have a credit or debit card payments can be made using PayPoint. Any of the cash payments that you make at PayPoint locations can be seen by logging into your ParentPay account and viewing your payment history. The many PayPoint locations can be found on the www.PayPoint.com website however, our nearest ones are:

  • Eastcote News, 239 Field End Road
  • A Best Food and Wine, 46 Cannon Lane

I am sure you will support us in achieving our goal to becoming a cashless school and reduce the impact on our
environment.

You will receive your unique ParentPay Account Activation details this week. When you receive this, please log on to create your account, or add your Cannon Lane child to your existing account in readiness for returning to school after half term.

We recognise that this will take a little time to set up and our staff in the school office will be very happy to support you if you need help. Please also see the FAQs below.
