What is a Specialist Leader of Education (SLE)?

SLEs are experienced professionals in leadership positions below Headship with capacity, capability and commitment to work beyond their own school.

SLEs have at least 2 years of leadership experience.

How can an SLE help your school?

There are a number of accredited SLEs, from a variety of Harrow schools, covering a broad range of specialisms.

Support can be provided to suit your requirements from as little as half a day's deployment.
