Online Safety

The digital world is a vast, exciting and forever evolving at such a pace that parents and carers often find it hard to keep up. 

We take online safety very seriously and ensure that all children are equipped to deal with issues that may arise in the digital world. In every computing lesson we discuss the aspect of online safety to ensure that children are aware of potential dangers, where to go for help and support as well as ensuring they are accessing age-appropriate material. 

Internet safety is becoming increasingly important with younger people now using the internet and mobile Apps. Below are some guides for popular games and social media Apps that parents and carers may find useful highlighting some of things they should beware of.
